Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support and optimize our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to support operational needs.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support project management tasks and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
