Do you have HVAC experience? We are looking for HVAC Oil and Gas Compression Mechanics in the Midland-Odessa area who have worked in heavy commercial and industrial markets; low temp industrial refrigeration a plus.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull-through work, top of the line technology, equipment, and uniforms and a #1 focus on employee safety. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.
May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Responsibilities will include repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration and compression machines, centrifugal chillers, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems.

What we look for

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years Oil and Gas, compression, industrial and mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
You are required to have OR the ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and weekends is required upon hire
Ability to communicate well with customers both oral and written
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
