What you will do:
 

The Senior Manager of Advanced Development will lead the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions which relates to company products, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), PAC (Packaged Air Conditioner) systems, ATW(Air to Water heat pump) etc . This role requires strong leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the delivery of robust and compliant HVAC solutions.

How you will do it:

• Understand HVAC technology trend, especially DX products such as VRF, PAC, Dedicated Outside Air Systems, and Heat Pumps, etc.
• Lead and overview advance project development, including new technology development projects，simulation tools development.
• Oversee product development based on design requirements and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Manage project scope, providing estimates and controlling design delivery to meet project standards, quality, reliability, and performance.
• Lead advance refrigeration study for products, such as VRF, PAC, ATW, etc, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and train team members while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Travel for prototype testing and site coordination as necessary.
   

What we look for:

• Master's or above in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Thermo-physics related.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in advance development or product design within HVAC, focusing on thermal transfer and refrigeration technologies.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and leading successful product launches.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception through to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE standards, psychometrics, thermodynamics, and the refrigeration cycle.
• Fluent English.
   

Preferred:

• Experience with HVAC equipment such as VRF, PAC, RAC, AHUs and dedicated outside air systems.
• Familiarity with refrigeration simulation software and project management tools.
