Johnson Controls is a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and security systems!

The UK&I Service team has a turnover of $60m and delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC, chillers, industrial refrigeration, controls, and mechanical & electrical works.

As a Service Coordinator based in Cork you are the primary contact for our engineers and customers. As a part of the wider Service Team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration /operational activity which can include scheduling engineer visits, ordering supplies, handling vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks.

How you will do it

Our Service Coordinators report to the Operation’s Manager and work on a defined scope of activity. A key area of your responsibility will be the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery teams. You will book L & M and PSA (Planned Service Agreement) contract and visits. You will also lead our customer enquiries and ensure any issues are handled promptly. You will need order supplies, process invoices and be involved in the general management of vendors. We would also require you to provide additional support with other administrative tasks across the operational team.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Previous experience of similar role is desired.
