What you will do
The Sales Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Lead Sales Coordinator and based in Dubai.
You will directly interact with our customers on a daily basis, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.
How you will do it
As the Sales Coordinator you will be a key member of the Johnson Controls Spare Parts division covering the Middle East and Africa region. You’ll provide both the Sales & Service team with administrative support, processing orders, maintaining the sales quotations database, creating purchase requisitions and processing invoices.
You will support the Sales & Service team in preparing monthly reports on activity and support the service engineers in their travel arrangements and expense claims, processing orders, coordinating project delivery and working closely with the finance department to ensure timely order to cash processes.
You are an assertive communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a customer focused attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our global customers.
What we look for
Required
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
3-5 years in Administration or Coordination role
Strong Computer skills, including MS Office & Outlook
Fluent language skills in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented and customer focused
Preferred
Experience of working in Administration or Coordination role in Retail / Service sector.
Working knowledge in iScala system
