Technical Support Specialist L1 – Intrusion Security Products (EMEA/APAC)
What you will do

Within the EMEA/APAC region, we manage seven premier intrusion brands that specialize in advanced security sensors and wireless systems designed for professional installation in residential and light commercial environments. Leveraging cutting-edge wireless technologies, our solutions reduce installation time and cost while delivering the reliability and performance expected from top-tier security products.
As a Technical Support Technician, you will provide expert-level telephone and Email support for our full range of intrusion products. You will also assist with internal and external training, product evaluations, occasional site visits, and other initiatives that support both our customers and internal teams. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from a JCI office and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
