As an Analyst for HR Manufacturing Operations you will provide specialized support to the HR department, assisting in various HR processes and initiatives. You will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Your role will include collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic HR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data to support operational decision-making.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends to inform leadership.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
