Job Description
What you will do?
Performs product electrical/mechanical design of HVAC units. Interact with mechanical, electrical and contract/product engineering team to develop HVAC units.
How you will do it?
Design of electrical harness 3D models and routing
Design of electrical harness schematics, piping and instrumentation diagram
Design of mechanical 3D models, piping, sheet metal , assemblies
2D Engineering drawings interpretation and creation
Bom management
Lead Product Agile Design Reviews, Audits, DFMEA, DFMA
Interact with Contract and Product Engineering to understand system interactions and constraints, provide guidance and feedback
Develop root cause analysis, document and solve design issues.
Develop and improve design guidelines and processes.
