What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and support our sales team. You’ll learn how to use tools like Salesforce, make outbound calls, and turn interest into real business opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Researching and identifying potential customers
• Making outbound calls to start conversations
• Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team
• Updating our CRM system
• Supporting sales campaigns and improving engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals (up to 2 years of experience)
• Comfortable communicating in German and English 
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from € 1,400, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan. Please note this is a MINIMUM salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
