As an Inside Sales Lead Specialist, your primary focus will be on Lead Generation and Lead Qualification. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, assessing lead quality, and ensuring a smooth handover to our frontline sales team.
Key responsibilities:
CRM Management: Maintain and update leads in SalesForce.com
Prospecting: Conduct desktop research to identify new prospects and leverage field team insights
Outbound Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and create new leads
Lead Qualification:
Score and assess leads based on data quality and completeness
Evaluate asset eligibility for upgrades or additional services
Initiate customer conversations to understand needs and gauge interest
Review data qualified lead (DQL) and updating SFDC.
Lead Scoring:
Assess data quality & completeness.
Identify whether current assets are eligible for upgrade / updating including any recent works.
Assess opportunities for additional services.
Confirm whether customer has budget, authority, need & timing (Lead scoring).
Lead Management & Lead Nurturing:
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives
Convert leads into opportunities or schedule for future re-engagement
Manage and support campaign execution
Focus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M) ; Upgrades, Spare Parts; New Maintenance Contracts
What we look for:
Education 2+ experience:
0-2 years of Inside sales, telemarketing selling, or business experience.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or 2-year degree & relevant experience.
Languages: Arabic, English – fluent working knowledge
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and active listening skills
