What you will do
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget. You’ll coordinate resources, manage documentation, track financials, and ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
How you will do it
Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Maintain project documentation and tools, including PPM, SharePoint, Teams, RAID logs, and MS Project Plans.
Coordinate project logistics, including meetings, resource onboarding/offboarding, and access provisioning.
Track and reconcile project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, Capex/Opex categorization, and vendor management.
Ensure data quality and consistency across all project deliverables and systems.
What we look for
Required
1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a global organization.
Proven ability to support multiple projects and build cross-functional relationships.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of IT concepts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Project Management certification.
Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Planview) and ERP systems.
Flexibility to work across time zones.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
