Service Excellence Support
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Service Excellence team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across customer service, business processes, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service delivery by managing tools, documentation, and customer communications
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and assist with procurement and invoice processes
- Help monitor team performance and support rota and vetting tasks
- Contribute to team meetings, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- A solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and managing data
