Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Machine Operator and help bring our life-saving fire safety products to life. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment, ensure product quality, and play a vital role in keeping people and property safe around the world.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator on the Sentry Champ line, you’ll rotate through key areas of the production process, including:

🔧 Fill Equipment

  • Monitor and adjust fill systems (air, chemical flow, vacuum pressure, etc.)
  • Inspect and record product quality
  • Perform equipment maintenance and changeovers
  • Rework and reintegrate rejected units

⚙️ Pre-Test Equipment

  • Operate valve assembly and robotic insertion systems
  • Monitor torque and gassing stations
  • Assemble safety components and verify pull force
  • Restock parts and troubleshoot material handling systems

🔬 Mass Spectrometer

  • Monitor spectrometer and labeling systems
  • Inspect shells for critical dimensions and visual quality
  • Maintain and change over equipment as needed

📦 Packaging System

  • Operate packaging, labeling, palletizing, and wrapping machines
  • Manually insert literature and accessories into cartons
  • Inspect final products and ensure proper packaging

🔄 Other Responsibilities

  • Support training of peers and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
  • Basic math and mechanical skills
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
