What you will do:
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for the successful execution of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management System) scope within the Greenbelt Project. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out—ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
How you will do it:
• Lead and manage the HVAC and BMS scope of the Greenbelt Project from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor progress and performance of HVAC and BMS installations, addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit project status reports, risk assessments, and progress documentation to management and clients.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client communications related to HVAC/BMS.
• Collaborate with design and commissioning teams to ensure systems are integrated and tested successfully.
• Support procurement activities and review technical submissions related to HVAC and BMS equipment.
What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in MEP/HVAC/BMS projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS integration, and project delivery processes.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
