Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Pune Experience: 6–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and vendor partners

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and high-priority roles

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment

  • Proven expertise in sourcing mid-to-senior level talent across functions

  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility

  • Exposure to vendor management and diversity hiring strategies is a plus

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in tech or consulting industries

  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing

  • Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) is an advantage
