We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and vendor partners
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and high-priority roles
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and employer branding initiatives
6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
Proven expertise in sourcing mid-to-senior level talent across functions
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility
Exposure to vendor management and diversity hiring strategies is a plus
Experience in tech or consulting industries
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) is an advantage
