🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
  • Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
  • Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
  • Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
  • Uphold company ethics and safety standards.

🎓 What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
  • 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols.

🏭 Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
  • Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
