Job Description

What you will do

ビルディングオートメーションシステムの設計、見積、技術提案

  • 中央監視システム、自動制御システムの構築、設計、積算
  • 設計担当案件の受注支援（VE/CD案検討、システム提案等）
  • 概算提案支援
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーション

How you will do it

  • 顧客のご要望に応じてゼロからわかりやすい設計図を作成
  • 提案するソリューションに応じた見積もりを作成

What we look for

Required

  • 建築設備（空調・電気・衛生）の設計・積算業務経験
  • 計装・電気・空調設備・ビル設備全般の知識
  • 自動制御に関する知識
  • PCスキル（CAD/Word/Excel /Powerpoit 等）
  • Nativeレベルの日本語

Preferred

  • 計装工事・電気工事経験
  • プレゼンテーションスキル
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションの経験
