Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead sales and account management efforts for our fire suppression product line across the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales and territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across the Caribbean region.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end-users.

Sales Execution:

Identify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Technical Support:

Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to clients, including system specifications and application support.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and product positioning.

Training & Development:

Conduct training sessions for partners and customers on product features, installation, and maintenance.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Travel:

Regular travel within the Caribbean region to visit clients, attend trade shows, and support project development.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the SALES fire suppression industry or a closely related field (e.g., fire protection, safety systems, industrial equipment).

Language:

Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

* Strong technical aptitude and understanding of fire suppression systems (e.g., clean agents, foam, water mist, etc.)

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote territory

* Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
