This is in partnership with our Data, AI, and IT teams.

•  Asset Visibility Transformation: Drive the creation of a unified, real-time global asset tracking framework, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the location, condition, and performance of all industrial assets.

•  Data Governance & Integration: Establish and enforce global data governance standards to aggregate and integrate disparate data sources (e.g., ERP, SCADA, IoT, CRM) into a centralized, scalable platform for actionable insights.

•  Advanced Visualization Solutions: Lead the development of sophisticated, executive-level visualization tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or bespoke solutions) to empower stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

•  Commercial Monetization Leadership: Spearhead global strategies to maximize the commercial value of the installed base, including service-based revenue models, predictive maintenance offerings, and asset lifecycle optimization initiatives.

•  End-to-End Process Ownership: Redesign and standardize global processes related to asset management, data collection, and commercial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

•  Cross-Functional Global Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite leaders, regional operations heads, IT, finance, and commercial teams to align the installed base program with enterprise goals and drive seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.

•  Change Management & Cultural Transformation: Lead global change management initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new tools, processes, and mindsets.

•  Performance & Value Metrics: Define and monitor global KPIs to measure program success, including asset utilization, cost efficiencies, revenue growth, and data accuracy, reporting outcomes to executive leadership.

•  Innovation & Future-Proofing: Proactively identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, digital twins) and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in asset management and monetization.
