About the role:

As the Branch Manager for the Electrical Signas/ Traffic division you will be responsible for providing overall business leadership to achieve all the planned objectives for the Service Branch.

  • Strategic Planning: plan and deploy strategies to achieve sustainable growth in business in tandem with overall corporation objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Financial Excellence: lead team members to achieve excellence in operations to achieve optimum profit and exceed customer satisfaction NPS.

  • Operational Excellence: develop and ensure compliance to business processes to enable effective and productive operations.

  • Service sales and planning: strategise and lead service sales to meet and exceed company’s growth targets.

  • Resource Planning: plan and ensure the adequacy of resources (manpower, tools etc) to enable the branch to meet planned objectives.

  • Customer Management/ satisfaction

What we look for:

  • Service industry experience with expertise in technical services.

  • Drives for results. Proven financial management track record having demonstrated successful profitable sales growth, and balanced performance in customer satisfaction, delivery, and employee development and engagement.

  • Performs all business activities with integrity and the highest ethical standards.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Drives accountability, inspires, develops and builds team.

  • Excellent influencer at all organisational levels, including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers (internal & external).

  • Excellent networking skills, business minded, change orientated and pro-active.

  • Demonstrated sales growth through direct selling.
