What you will do:
The Digital Service Engineer / Assistant Digital Service Engineer will be responsible to provide Technical support to customer and the Integration Lead for JCI’s Digital Solutions Implementation. The engineer will provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. He/She will work on assignments that involve moderately complex to complex deployment and needs understanding of Building Systems such as HVAC, BMS (Building Management System), Fire and Security, Cloud platform and Networking.
How you will do it:
- Plan, Execute, Monitor & control project deliverables from inception to closure.
- Monitor and ensure code quality, design for security, Architectural consistency.
- Focus on quality assurance & quality control activities to reduce rework & variances.
- Responsible for managing the quality of deliverables for service and products ensuring the CMMi3 standards are applied.
- Manage requirements, minimize gaps, and ensure on-time deliveries with zero critical defects.
- Work closely with the Delivery team to manage Customer Value discovery, gaps in implementation, and Customer adoption of JCI solution.
- Coordinate with the different segment / team locally, Offshore team and communicate with the customers.
- Perform Diagnostics leveraging on Digital Platform identification, detection and diagnosis.
- Perform Generation of Reports for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Maintenance.
- Perform Data integrity checks on Digital Platform, to ensure that Data Collected are in good healthy state.
- Perform Customer Engagement with Customers, with building improvement, identified using Digital Platform.
- Perform Data Health and error identification on Digital Platform.

- Diploma and / or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cultural change management is a plus.
- Strong analytics skills for HVAC, BMS, fire and security service industrial.

- Working with sales team in an enablement function.

- Ability to work in unstructured environments and situations providing self-direction and self-motivation.
- Microsoft PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
- Network Knowledge is a plus.
