What you will do:

Installs basic required system field devices and commissioning using standard configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Keeps JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.

How you will do it:

• Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance

• Coordinate and monitor work progress with the customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors work at the site

• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning of the systems under your care

• Perform 24/7 standby duty for complaint and breakdown

• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs

What we look for:

• ITE/Diploma with minimum 1 year with relevant working experience

• Ability to handle preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities

• Service experience in the fire protection field/BMS/Security systems required for this role

• Willing to work long working hours

• Good communication skills, team player

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
