What you will do: The Sales and Marketing Programs team of the JC Residential & Light Commercial (R&LC) HVAC business is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. This position will be responsible for the design and execution of dealer sales and marketing programs for our Hitachi/ductless HVAC product portfolio across our distribution channels in the United States and Canada to support sales growth.
How you will do it:
- Work across all R&LC channels, collaborating with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for dealer programs and promotions
- Create a strategic approach to the programs that allows us to be competitive in the marketplace
- Develop materials to promote program benefits and resources
- Collaborate with third-party partners and stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participation
- Support in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or training
- Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teams
- Grow synergies between our ducted and ductless dealer programs
What we look for:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in marketing, sales, account management, and/or customer service
- Highly customer-focused and oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Clear communicator with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Project management and organization skills with ability to complete projects and tasks on time
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to travel ~25%
