What you will do

You will work with operations teams in execution of the Projects including submission of QAQC Documents, review of vendor documents, issuance of RFI's, coordinate with client and vendors for inspection and be responsible for submission of Final Dossier. You will also provide input to sales during pre-bid stage for quality requirements.

How you will do it

You will be responsible for,

Project Start Up & Quality Documentation:

• Attend Kick Off Meeting and Pre-Inspection Meetings with Clients and Vendors.
• To Review Project Requirements, Specifications and provide input to the operations teams for execution of the project.
• Provide Quality input to the Engineering Team during design documents preparation.
• Prepare Quality documents as per Vendor Documents Register (VDR) and submit for client approval.
• Review Vendor QAQC Documents, submit for client approval.
• Qualification of WQT, PQR & WPS as per project requirements and submission to client.

Quality Inspections:

• Raise RFI's as per Inspection and Test Plan.
• Check that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
• Quality Inspections at TYCO Workshop, Vendor locations as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and approved QAQC Documents.
• Coordinate inspection activities with client/ third party in accordance with approved ITP.
• Coordinate quality activities between contractors & vendors.
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process and final products.
• Identify nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures & site installation works and reporting the nonconformities in the nonconformity report.
• Ensure that all equipment, tools are calibrated and calibration sheet is updated.
• To organize and conduct QA/QC trainings as and when required at Tyco WS, Vendor WS and site.

Sales Support:

• To support sales team at bid / tender submission stage in review of client's quality specifications to ensure compliance and assist in preparing required quality documents (e.g. PQP, ITP etc.) and filling client provided Quality questionnaires on regular basis
• To assist in developing Project Quality Plans conforming to ISO 9001:2015, 10005:2018 etc. standard requirements as well as to the requirements specified in the projects & customers quality specifications.

Final Documentation:

• Prepared Final Dossier Index inline with the project requirements and get it approved by the client
• Collect and Compile all Inspection, Test Reports, approved Data Sheet, QAQC Documents and Drawings.
• Prepare and submit Final Dossier as per approved approved Index.

• Min. 10 years experience, preferably 5 years in UAE
