IT Operations Analyst for Treasury
What you will do
The IT Operations Analyst oversees Treasury IT systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and lead change management activities.
How you will do it
Oversee Treasury IT systems, recommending modifications to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Operate software components for network communications, servers, and storage.
Ensure compliance with regulations across domains.
Perform risk assessments on projects with the IT architecture team.
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for IT infrastructure and applications.
Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for incidents and service requests.
Liaise with vendors and service teams to resolve incidents and problems.
Identify solutions for recurring issues to minimize downtime.
Follow up with internal finance customers to confirm problem resolution and solicit feedback.
Stay updated on system patches, enhancements, and security vulnerabilities.
Implement standardized methods for efficient incident and problem management.
Develop and maintain change management policies and processes. Coordinate change management activities, aligning with business requirements.
Maintain records of authorized changes, ensuring they are planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed.
Collaborate with delivery teams to oversee deployments.
Design Management Information Systems and reporting metrics.
Lead SOX compliance tasks with management, stakeholders, and ITGC.
What we look for
Required
Experience in service delivery, application management, business relationship management, or project management within Finance or similar corporate processes.
Proficiency with databases and SQL.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Capable of handling cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
Maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
Experience with Treasury/Bank systems or ERP finance technical/functional knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Linux, Shell Scripting, Groovy, Python, MS Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
