Job Description

What you will do:

The Johnson Controls Global Cyber Security (GCS) team is undergoing transformation and expansion as Johnson Controls increases its cybersecurity resources and capabilities to address the ever-changing cybersecurity threat landscape.

As Exposure Management Analyst, you will ensure the continuous identification, analysis, and prioritization of vulnerabilities on JCI owned assets, both internal and external. Communication for this role is critical, as partnering with operational stakeholders to discuss priority, resolution, or mitigation of findings will be crucial. Process discipline and continuous improvement mindsets are critical to ensure that the team is operating as efficiently as possible to ensure coverage of the environment. The ideal candidate will also be self-driven, have a positive attitude, and be an agent of cultural change across the organization.

How you will do it:

  • Identify, analyse, and prioritize vulnerabilities on Johnson Controls’ internal and external attack surfaces with focus on ensuring complete coverage of company owned assets
  • Partner with various operational stakeholders and communicate findings to for remediation or mitigation of findings
  • Maintain exposure and vulnerability management platforms, including Cloud Security Posture Management and Container Security tools.
  • Develop and maintain supporting process and automations to ensure stability of the program.
  • Support to adopt Security best practices and security standards applied by the organization.

What we look for:

Required

  • Minimum 3 years working in Information Security and Security Operations area.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Vulnerability Management and Compliance areas; (e.g. NIST and “CVSS - Common Vulnerability Scoring System” frameworks)
  • Experience with various cloud providers (Azure, Google, Amazon) and knowledge on methodology how to secure them
  • Effective communication skills to interface with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Self-starter mentality that defaults to action and thinks creatively on how to overcome challenges;
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer security or computer science discipline;
  • Previous technical background in IT or Software development roles;
  • CompTIA Security+

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
