How you will do it:

  • Provide advice and guidance in both English and French language to line managers on various questions related to the global or local policies, HR transactions in HR system, general HR inquiries. Flag to Business Partners where policies require updating for best practice purposes.

  • Provide the first line employee relations advisory service to all EMEA management and employees.

  • Proactively build the reliance of the Advisory roles to ensure activities are smoothly transitioned from the Business Partners and resolved in the HR Operations.

  • Regular liaison with the wider HR team to share ideas, best practice and ensure team is working towards common HR and business goals.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, HR processes and trends and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused, value add, service provision.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution and implementation.

  • Support other team members to perform administrative and transaction processing activity to support the various HR Center of Expertise and Business Unit HR organizations.

  • Organized and Structured: Maintains a systematic approach to tasks, ensuring thorough end-to-end management.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR Operations

  • Understanding of HR issues including employee relations and HR policies

  • Proven proactive approach and ability to make fact-driven decisions, as well, as understanding when involvement of further HR teams is required

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on HR issues and projects

  • Proven experience in roles requiring interaction with management at various levels.

  • Experience in a similar large multi-site, complex commercial environment

  • PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Our Benefits

Besides working in an international environment, you will receive a €2000 joining bonus (subject to T&C’s), plus a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1550 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
