Job Title: Platform Admin - Pardot

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Position Overview:

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Platform Admin for Pardot to manage and optimize our marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pardot and Salesforce integration, along with a track record of enhancing marketing operations through automation and data management. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Pardot instances, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other marketing tools.
  • Configure and optimize Pardot workflows, email campaigns, lists, segmentation, and automation rules to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and troubleshoot issues related to data synchronization, automation, and execution of marketing activities.
  • Oversee compliance with cookie regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for all Pardot assets, including landing pages and forms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting, resolving issues raised by stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness through the use of Pardot’s advanced features like dynamic content and A/B testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement, aiding in the development of reporting dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on best practices for using Pardot effectively.
  • Stay updated on Pardot releases and new features, assessing their potential impact on existing workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing marketing automation platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience implementing compliance measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a keen understanding of the end-user experience and the ability to drive marketing success through automation.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) certifications.
  • Experience with cookie compliance implementations and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing Pardot landing pages and forms.
  • Familiarity with advanced marketing automation features and analytics reporting.
