Job Title: China Strategy and Business Planning Head

What you will do:

The China Strategy and Business Planning Head will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and business planning efforts for the Chinese market. This role will involve developing comprehensive strategies to drive business growth, aligning resources to achieve objectives, and ensuring that the company's offerings are tailored to meet local market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Chinese market, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

· Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, and competitive landscape.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

· Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.

· Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government entities, to support business development efforts.

· Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting business operations in China.

What we look for:

· Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· Proven experience in strategic planning and business management, preferably in a multinational environment.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
