What you will do:

In this role, you will help improve the OTC process by using various tools aimed to automation and efficiency. 

You’ll work with different teams to enhance collection efforts and boost business performance. Your insights will guide the use of data and help make our operations better. Join us in making our processes more effective!

How you will do it:

• Actively engage in the design and enhancement of the OTC process, implementing collection strategies and managing dialer campaigns.

• Identify, suggest, and facilitate the implementation of new tools and solutions to automate the OTC process.

• Foster partnerships with business units across various countries and regions to enhance collection cycle effectiveness, translating business requirements into technical solutions that promote process automation.

• Utilize analytics and metrics to refine the OTC process, providing data-driven forecasts on potential benefits and risks associated with new initiatives. Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and offer strategic recommendations for optimizing business performance.

• Collaborate with the OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team to drive continuous improvements in OTC reporting activities.

• Offer consultancy and support to OTC management regarding the application and utilization of automation and AI tools.

• Work closely with OTC Finance Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and OTC managers to identify opportunities for new process automation.

What we look for:

Required:

• A university degree in business, IT, or relevant professional experience focused on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc.

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant areas such as collections, dialer management, process automation, or PMO.

• A solid understanding of the end-to-end OTC process at a reasonable level.

• Strong analytical skills with relevant experience in process automation tools, AI, and data analysis; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team; proactive mindset.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is a plus.

Preferred:

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Basic understanding of AI models.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1700 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
