Job Description
What you will do
Responsible for preparing administrative personnel measures in the support area (including the creation of employment contracts, and documents related to terminations, partial retirement, compromise agreements, addendums, transfers and measures to reduce absences, reference letters).
Responsible for providing comprehensive and needs-based support according to company guidelines, as well as advising and assisting supervisors and employees in the support area in all personnel administrative matters.
Advising supervisors and employees on these personnel administrative matters, taking into account labor law regulations, internal company guidelines, and the necessary communication with relevant internal and external bodies and institutions (works council, Federal Employment Agency, tax office, integration office, etc.)
Building and maintaining a trusting collaboration with employee representatives at the local level, and involving them in all matters relevant to labor relations (e.g., works council hearings)
Ensuring HR data integrity in the HR IT system in collaboration with the HR Operations team
Creating and maintaining employee data (including position, cost center, reporting structure) in the HR information system
Supporting and administering the BEM Process (workplace integration management program)
General administrative tasks, such as mail processing, etc.

Previous experience in the field.
Degree in business, social sciences, or law, alternatively relevant vocational education / further education with some years of professional experience
Knowledge of labor and social law, as well as related legal areas
Team player, strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, hands-on attitude
Knowledge of operational processes and conditions
Proficient use of MS Office and common HR IT systems (e.g., Workday, Paisy)
