Job Description

What you will do:
•Provide and develop data-driven analysis and ML/DL/AI solutions to develop AI&ML to boost business in different area.
oAccelerate component & product design by optimizing simulation.
oOptimize and promote test process and test lab operation for VAVE cost target.
oCombine data-driven and physical modeling together to improve rating tools.
oCollaborate with product team to look for opportunities to optimize control logics of air conditioning system to improve the performance during different conditions.
oAddress technical services, manufacturing, maintenance, and integrated supply chain needs.
•Promote data-driven and AI methods and processes across functions.
•Attend industry conferences, publish papers, file patents, and collaborate with universities to stay ahead of scientific and industrial trends, challenges, and potential market opportunities.

what we want:
Education:
•M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Physical Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence & Analytics or Engineering.
Working experience:
•With 5+ years of industrial experience in developing practical ML/DL/AI applications.
•Experience with big data analysis and the application of machine learning algorithms and libraries.
。Experience building and owning machine learning pipelines end-to-end is prefer
oExperience with HVAC or IoT systems
oWork on optimizing the built environment
oExperienced in control development/evaluation for refrigeration cycle
•Experience with machine learning platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Watson, and Amazon is prefer.
•Experience with AI project leadership is preferred.

Skill requirement:

•Knowledge of machine learning programming languages and hands-on experience with modeling/development software.
•Strong software engineering and development skills.
•Enable to work independently, have solid ability to lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•Strong communication/ presentation skills. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and a passion for innovation.
•Be proactive, creative, responsible and patient.
•Understanding of engineering data and physics-based models and simulations and Modelica & DYMOLA Simulation modeling skills is plus.
•Knowledge in thermodynamics, energy and HVAC system is plus.
•Signal processing background is plus.
•Strong data visualization skills is plus.
