What you will do
As a Service Sales Engineer - HVAC, you will play a critical role in expanding our HVAC service business in Kuwait. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving the growth of our installation division within Building Technology and Solutions.
How you will do
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their HVAC service needs.
- Provide expert-level technical support and consultation during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and execute strategic sales plans for HVAC services.
- Customise service solutions to meet specific customer needs and specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to HVAC systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts for HVAC services.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure successful service implementation and customer satisfaction.
What we look for
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers while understanding their needs.
- Experience with cloud based (CRM) software such as sales force is advantageous.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English
- Kuwait Driving licence is a must
- KSE is a must (Kuwait society of engineers)
