Title: ICM Callidus Reporting Developer

Location: Bangalore/Pune 

What you will do 

The ICM Callidus Reporting Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions using Callidus Cloud tools and technologies. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing scalable reports, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity through effective data management practices. 

How you will do it 

• Collaborate with business units to gather and document reporting requirements. 

• Design and implement robust reporting solutions using Callidus Cloud. 

• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making. 

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy in reporting metrics. 

• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of existing reports. 

• Provide training and support to users on report functionalities. 

What we look for 
Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in report development using Callidus or similar reporting tool such as SAP Business Objects/Crystal Reports, SAP Webi Reports, SAP Embedded Analytics Cloud. 

• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. 

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
