Job Description

What you will do 
As the FP&A Director, APAC, you will play a key leadership role in driving financial planning and analysis for the APAC region. You will be responsible for leading the financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making. You will also oversee Corporate allocations to Business Units within APAC and manage transfer pricing activities, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.

How you will do it
•    Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for APAC, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
•    Develop and deliver executive-level financial presentations to senior leadership.
•    Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, providing actionable insights.
•    Partner with executives and management teams to analyse financial trends, variances from budget, and recommend strategic actions.
•    Provide leadership and direction to finance teams responsible for executing monthly accounting transactions related to Corporate functions.
•    Drive and manage annual transfer pricing and allocation activities from Corporate to Business Units within APAC.
•    Support financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations for strategic initiatives.

What we look for
Required:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•    Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
•    Experience in corporate allocations, transfer pricing, and financial planning.
•    Familiarity with the financial and business environment within the APAC region.
Preferred:
•    MBA or CPA qualification.
•    Experience with SAP, HFM, or other financial systems.
•    Proven track record in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making in a corporate setting.
