Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst, experienced with to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and improve operational processes, support strategic initiatives, and provide insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports.
Create automated flows and apps to support Business efficiency initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest adjustments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives.
Utilize data visualization tools to present insights in an accessible manner.
Back-up other team members in various sales and operations coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Data Engineering.
3-4 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel)
Expert knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate.
Knowledge of PowerApps is a plus
Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and EXTREME attention to detail.
