Job Description

Are you a seasoned Sales professional with a passion for HVAC solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Engineer, where your primary focus will be driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market share in the Qatar region, particularly within the HVAC portfolio. This role offers a vibrant environment for you to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our Building Technology and Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Utilize your extensive sales experience to develop and execute a robust sales strategy for promoting our HVAC solutions. Identify and prioritize opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct site audits, suggest improvements, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Market Expansion: Focus on new construction projects and existing installations to drive business growth. Aim to achieve defined sales volumes and expand our customer base
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Regularly update sales tools and provide accurate forecasts
  • Long-term Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay self-motivated to drive growth in your territory

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven success in selling HVAC products, specifically Chillers, CWS (Chilled Water Systems), AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close deals. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

  • Valid Qatar Driving License
