What You Will Do

The Field Remediation Program Manager – Fire Detection Systems will lead and oversee field remediation operations, ensuring the effective management of remediation projects, compliance with health and safety standards, and customer satisfaction. You will be based in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for resolving complex field issues and continuously improving operational efficiency. Your role will also emphasize proactive risk management and the delivery of high-quality outcomes within allocated budgets and timelines.

How You Will Do It

  • Take full accountability for the successful execution and completion of all remediation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and integrity standards. Establish clear objectives, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage directly with field teams and customers to address challenges, streamline workflows, and remove barriers to optimal performance. This includes maintaining open lines of communication and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective remediation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging candid feedback and innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Deliver regular status updates and comprehensive final reports to senior leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging diverse perspectives and leveraging collective strengths to achieve program objectives. Ensure alignment with company values and long-term vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field remediation or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects.
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in managing Fire detection projects
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Commitment to upholding high safety and ethical standards in all operations.
