What You Will Do

As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the data analytics foundation for CDIO. You will assist in building and maintaining reporting and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights across IT PMO, Governance, Supplier Management, and Value Management. Your contributions will help aggregate critical data for leadership decision-making and support the implementation of data solutions and optimization initiatives.

How You Will Do It

• Partner with stakeholders and collaborate across CDIO teams to align and integrate data solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting and dashboard designs.
• Assist in developing and optimizing data models and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for accurate data extraction and transformation.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to deliver reliable, consistent insights.
• Communicate findings clearly and foster collaboration to drive informed decision-making.

What We Look For

• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and understanding of DAX and Power Query.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying databases.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Experience: 1–2 years in a related role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

Certifications: Preferred but not required in Data Analytics or related areas.
