What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on mechanical installations under expert mentorship

• Tackle real-world troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Respond to basic warranty service calls and ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep teams and clients in the loop on project milestones and progress

• Recommend smart, efficiency-boosting solutions—and confidently quote them

• Spot opportunities to enhance performance and add value

What we look for:

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.

• Ability to perform mechanical installations.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

• This position requires a valid driver’s license.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position but is subject to all pre-hiring screening of JCI. With successful performance, JCI may recommend you to the Union Local apprenticeship program, as well as continued employment at JCI.  Acceptance by Union Local must occur within 365 days of employment or will result in termination of this position.  This is not a guaranty of employment or entering the Union.
