We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) Controls Junior to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving and processing complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring excellent customer support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and sales staff while interacting with various internal departments.
What will you do?
Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and pricing.
Coordinate with sales and supply chain employees to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Proactively maintain relationships with key customers and sales staff.
How will you do it?
Utilize order management systems (such as SAP) for order input and processing.
Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information.
Monitor backorders and manage communication with customers regarding delays or issues.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.
