What will you do?

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of workers to ensure that goods are moved, handled, and stored safely, correctly, and in accordance with established schedules and inventory lists.

How will you do it?

  • Manage the workflow of the supply team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.

  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, verifying that all activities align with inventory management protocols.

  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply management.

  • Provide clear communication and feedback to team members regarding performance and operational goals.

What are we looking for?

  • A university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and other departments.

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain management software.
