ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mixes paint of all finishes
• Sets up and maintains all equipment
• Records wet and dry mil readings
• Takes and records inside and outside temperature readings
• Takes and records dew point and R.H. readings
• Records daily paint usage
• Sandblasts
• Paints units with number of necessary coats
• Properly reports labor
• Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred
• Read and write English
• Knowledge of company safety policies
• Prior Painting Experience Preferred
