What you will do 

Develop, implement, and maintain a commodity inventory operational strategy that supports the company's supply chain. Evaluate market conditions to maintain optimal inventory levels and control costs. Assess and recommend vendors to ensure quality supply. Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and efficiency.

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform inventory strategies. 

• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor inventory levels and supplier performance. 

• Engage with suppliers through regular communication and performance reviews. 

• Implement best practices in inventory management and supplier collaboration. 

What we are looking for 

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export operations or supply chain management. 

• Strong understanding of commodity inventory management and cost control. 

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. 

• Proficient in data analysis and inventory management software.
