Monitors existing install base to upsell based on deficiencies; responds to leads generated by technicians. Interacts with customers on a daily basis and either offers an appropriate solution or hands off any qualifying leads for jobs outside of scope to outside sales. Responsible for generating revenue and/or profit margin, provides product selection assistance, quotes, order processing assistance, expediting orders and technical support. University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
