Job Title: Oracle Apps-Support Specialist
Experience Required: 12-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.
Manage and maintain database security, roles, and access controls.
Lead the implementation of Oracle application upgrades and migrations.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and Oracle Database administration.
Strong knowledge of integration tools and middleware like WebLogic and Oracle SOA Suite.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in Oracle Applications or Oracle Database Administration are preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle Applications support projects.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
