Job Summary 
This role involves driving sales and business development for building automation and control systems (such as IBMS, BMS, HVAC, and security solutions), leveraging strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills. The position requires identifying new opportunities across projects, managing OEMs and subcontractors, and delivering cost-effective solutions while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years of relevant sales experience, strong project and risk management capabilities, and excellent communication skills backed by an engineering or related technical background.

What will you do?

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building management systems, automation, and control systems.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities across Greenfield and Brownfield projects and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing sales projects and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing multiple OEMs and Subcons.
  • Cost management: Strong understanding of market trends and cost structures to position the most suitable products or Solutions.
  • Risk Management: Ability to understand customer needs, engage the right customers at the right time, and invest effort strategically.


What we look for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentations, Electrical or related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience (8 to 12 years), preferably in the building automation (IBMS, BMS controls, FAS, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL) HVAC, or related industry.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Desired Skills:

  • Industry Certifications: Knowledge of industry-specific certifications, such as LEED or ASHRAE.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IBMS products and solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
