These projects typically exceed $1M in value and require a high level of expertise to ensure their successful completion.

Your role will encompass full project lifecycle responsibilities, including planning, execution, and completion. You will collaborate with owners, contractor sales managers, and installation teams to provide expert guidance on strategy, vendor selection, scope enhancements, value engineering, and risk assessments during the project development phase.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring projects are executed accurately, on time, within budget, and within contract scope.

  • Maintaining positive cash flow and actively pursuing change orders.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and adhering to the highest ethics and safety standards.

  • Implementing consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes.

  • Balancing customer satisfaction with project financial results.

How you will do it

As the on-site leader, you will:

  • Own outcomes by ensuring timely and accurate project execution, developing schedules, and facilitating efficient resource allocation.

  • Focus on what matters by proactively evaluating client bulletins, scheduling changes, and scope impacts, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs.

  • Improve every day by leveraging tools like Microsoft Project for risk evaluation and recovery planning, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Win as one team by maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering a cohesive environment for project success.

  • Manage project costs, billings, and collections, preparing proposals and negotiating settlements where required.

  • Oversee material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors, attending progress meetings as necessary.

What we look for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; or equivalent experience.

  • At least eight years of project management experience in the building construction industry.

  • Familiarity with mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security systems.

  • Proficiency in project management software and financial accounting systems.

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical materials to non-technical audiences.

  • Certification or commitment to obtaining PMI/PMP credentials within two years.

Join our team and contribute to innovative, high-impact projects that define the future of building solutions.
