We are looking for an HVAC Application Engineer I.

What will you do?

As an HVAC Application Engineer I, you will contribute to the development and optimization of HVAC systems, leveraging your technical expertise to create solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. Your role will involve supporting the design, application, and integration of HVAC systems tailored to meet customer needs and industry standards.

How will you do it?

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that HVAC system designs align with customer requirements and organizational standards, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
  • Analyze system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Focus on streamlining project workflows, addressing potential obstacles, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives, integrating new technologies and methodologies to optimize system performance consistently.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HVAC system design and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Experience with industry-standard HVAC tools and software is advantageous.
