Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Taiwan team, focusing on channel partner sales within a defined geographic area. This role is critical to supporting our expanding business in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will manage medium-sized channel partners, operate with some flexibility on pricing and margin, and work independently across limited lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through established and new channel partners in the Taiwan market.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and mutual growth.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to support partner enablement and success.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and margin guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
